This question is often posed to, and by, the residents of New Salem. A walled-in cyberpunk city with a deep, dystopian class divide, and a population rich with the strange, the uninitiated, the criminal, and the powerful. Each and every person in the City has one thing in common - each and every single person, old and young, was born with a power unique to them alone.
You do not move to New Salem. You are brought.
And when you do arrive, you can't leave.
