A temporary peace agreement between the Great Houses and their not so ancient enemies: Faction Paradox. The War effort has slowed to a crawl. Eventually, even Brother Signet and Godfather Morlock ploys went entirely unnoticed, the audiovisual cues have all died down to a dull, lifeless whimper. The Faction is thrown through Space Time, with the Truce being little more than a rouse.
