In the East Boroughs, a fragile truce is met between long-standing gang rivals, peace advised to hold its breath.
In Hampstead, the heir of a business magnate is found dead in his family home, and the grieving patriarch seeks to dictate the truth.
Upon old ambitions and older legacies, loyalty finds itself defined in gentle threats, shippings set to sail across the Atlantic, and well-timed handshakes at charity galas.
And if there are rumours… of a banshee wailing in the night about bargains settled in blood, of grand masked balls hiding secret societies, odd weather, and howls echoing on moonlit nights… well.

The Vintage Firearm Collectors Club is an server for firearms collectors, and is dedicated to help educate others about vintage firearms and preserve the living history that comes with them. It does not matter if you collect old hunting shotguns, the Wild West firearms, military relics, simply have a modern collection, or anything that is unique in look or function; all collectors of all eras and types are welcomed. Set in Paris, 1881. Creatives and performers gather to the Palais Garnier to put on shows for the masses. It is a struggle, whether you are apart of the chorus or pit orchestra, or if you're a leading performer. The music and the artistry are what keep you going.

Although, there's rumors circulating the workers and performers - rumors of a ghost. He may not strike often, but when he does, he strikes with vengeance. Many fear him, but some befriend him. And pity on the soul that dares defy him.

If you apply yourself to your work and your craft, and heed all the opera ghost demands of you, your tenure at the peoples' opera will be a rewarding one. Just... do not go poking around or exploring too much. You might stumble onto something, or someone, terrifying.

This a semi-lit roleplay based on the Phantom of the Opera novel, with hints and references of various adaptations. We will have our first roleplay event starting April 16th (tentative schedule).

What we offer:

- Audition as canon characters from most adaptations. Subject to staff approval.
- Sandbox Roleplay: You could choose to be compliant with the ghost of the opera house, doing as he requires, or be against him and join those wanting to drive him away. You might even have your own motives for seeking or avoiding the ghost that makes you stand out from the rest.
- Beginner Friendly: Even if you are not too familiar with the work, we believe that this is a roleplay you can jump into if you like Victorian era stories.
- Adult Theme Friendly: We allow for horror and NSFW elements in the roleplay. It is not a requirement for participating in the roleplay.
- Surprise IC events, including quarterly masquerades and visits by the Opera Ghost himself!

Nestled in a holler deep in the Appalachian mountains of Virginia lies Briar Ridge: a farmin' town in 1930 torn between the greedy claws of S&C Coal and the loomin' ancient horrors of the Forest.

See, folks 'round here are used to Meemaw's warnings 'bout haints 'n not-deer, but when werewolves began rippin' holes in houses and tearin' folks limb from limb that wisdom ain't helped none. Town found a cure after more than a year, but they damn-near didn't make it. Many fell to silver bullets and canine fangs, and tensions linger still.

Just as they started to breathe easy again, folks began gettin' dragged from their beds at night, drained from their blood, their throats ripped out. Cryptid attacks became more common; somethin' other than the town's many moonshiners—you can thank Prohibition for that profitable business runnin' rampant here—was lurkin' under the cover of night.

Briar Ridge ain't for the faint of heart, but if you're willin' to put in the work, the haven town welcomes you with open arms. Just make sure those arms ain't goin'ta drag you some place you can't return from.
