Nestled in a holler deep in the Appalachian mountains of Virginia lies Briar Ridge: a farmin' town in 1930 torn between the greedy claws of S&C Coal and the loomin' ancient horrors of the Forest.

See, folks 'round here are used to Meemaw's warnings 'bout haints 'n not-deer, but when werewolves began rippin' holes in houses and tearin' folks limb from limb that wisdom ain't helped none. Town found a cure after more than a year, but they damn-near didn't make it. Many fell to silver bullets and canine fangs, and tensions linger still.

Just as they started to breathe easy again, folks began gettin' dragged from their beds at night, drained from their blood, their throats ripped out. Cryptid attacks became more common; somethin' other than the town's many moonshiners—you can thank Prohibition for that profitable business runnin' rampant here—was lurkin' under the cover of night.

Briar Ridge ain't for the faint of heart, but if you're willin' to put in the work, the haven town welcomes you with open arms. Just make sure those arms ain't goin'ta drag you some place you can't return from.

Though just a little warning the server is still under construction. **In the fantasy city of Serenia, there exists a medieval fortress; with a sleek, modern interior manor near a rainforest to the east. To the north is an uninhabited beach guarded by the Seals.

The (so far un-named) fortress is actually a military academy is disguise; with two branches that govern it.
Mage Corps of Serenia (MCS). Set up like an army. People here don’t use rods or books; only their hands to create spells.
They work in pairs of 2 or 3 to defend the fortress gates; or guard the nature path & rainforest entrance. When MCS members hunt unknown threats (to be created) to Serenia together with the 2nd faction Fierce Blade Seals. Together, they work in pairs of 2.

What binds the branches together?
Mage Corps is run by a Master Sargent who knows lighting & wind magic. The Fierce Blade Seals is run by a Queen who wields a sword & is a master at hand to hand combat.

**Being completely barefoot is a must (NO shoes, socks, sandals, slippers, flip flops; or heels) can be worn inside the fortress. Questioning this rule means that person cannot join the Mage Corps or the Blade Seals. Instead, these people join the 3rd faction: Wing Storm.
