While civilians party and celebrate, the heroes of Gotham alongside the GCPD are trying to figure out if the Clown Prince of Crime really /is/ dead, or if it's all just a ploy to make way for their impending doom.
Explosions are set off all across the city. A deadly gas is released into the air.
GOTHAM CITY IS LOST IN A CLOUD OF TOXIC GAS.
In the midst of chaos, a new problem arises. Thanks to Scarecrow and a few others, the city has been submerged in a cloud of toxic gas and is under a city-wide quarantine. The gas is thick, and the air doesn't seem to be clearing anytime soon. Citizens are advised to stay indoors unless absolutely necessary.
